What's the generally accepted thing to do if you see a guy in his 20s at multiple cons picking up 14/15 year old girls to go "party" with him and his friends, or trying to get them in the rave, promising alcohol/drugs etc?

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with real relationships between younger girls of that age and older men, but this seems skeezy and I've seen it happen numerous times.
