Not that poster, but the original requesting anon didn't specify a particular style of braids, so I also don't see why she couldn't just get a long wig and braid part of it in whatever style. As long as the wig is thick enough you can usually tie mini ponytails into it without lifting too much hair and showing the weft/wigcap underneath, which you can then braid.

pic related is just a long wig, there's apparently enough fibre in it to tie small bits of it up and braid some of the fibre without revealing the weft
