Sure, appreciate it as a normie gothic outfit if you want to admit you have shit taste. But this is in no way punk lolita. Putting a jacket on a regular coord doesn't make something punk lolita. The same shit happens with ero lolita, westerners think they can just take a term with a pre established style and bastardize it with whatever they want it to be.

don't try to create something that doesn't exist. punk lolita is expressive, there's literally no such thing as toned-down punk. there are always layers, fabric mixtures, and an anti-pristine/degraded styling

please don't take it personally that I called the coord ita. lolita is a journey and I think all the pieces so far are very usable. you just gotta style them up.
layers of accessories placed in a visually appealing way can help tie together a coord of unconventional pieces. as long as things match in tone, theme, or color. that skirt would be great for a realized punk coord. have fun with it! and welcome!
