It's called the swordfish toe and is a Fluevog signature. Though understandable that the design is not for everyone. Fluevog is known for having out-there shoes anyway.

It's known as the Swordfish toe, a Fleuvog signature. Totally understandable that the design is not for everyone. I too was first weirded out by it, but then strangely over time I suddenly wanted a pointed toe shoe.
