It is when you don't and won't take care of yourself.

I don't think we should 'fat shame' or whatever, but it's certainly not healthy and certainly shouldn't be fed into.
They should want that for themselves.

Unfortunately, I guess that's just a sign of the times though..

It's that mentality that keeps them the way they are.
