what are y'alls ideal features for a platform aimed at lolitas? don't mean to hijack the predictions thread but since we're discussing it now

it's a pipe dream idea for a passion project but i'm working on my compsci degree and have web dev and IT friends who are passionate about lolita too. it's very feasible, but i have a feeling communities on pre-established platforms would be more successful since they're familiar... thoughts?
