mana_samatemple (right) is my favorite boy lolita. He wears mostly gothic, which I think helps because he's able to pull off the more elegant, mature look rather than trying to look too cutesy. He tends to wear mostly long sleeves and always over-the-knees, which are good tips for hiding your more masculine attributes! Then of course he's an expert at styling - flawless makeup, flawless hair. You'll have to work a little harder, but it is totally possible!
