Well I'm a dude but I may as well ask while I'm here

Due to a combination of being kinda home-bound due to no car/broke I can't quite do gyms yet, but I do have a pull-up bar and some 10 lb weights i fashioned to either end of a broomstick to basically make a 20 lb weight (poorfagging it up).

I use the broomstick contraption pretty often but it's not doing a ton, whereas the pullup bar...well I can't quite do a single pull up, and my arms actually hurt after like 4-5 negatives.

What's a good way to build up enough strength/energy to start with an actual pull-up schedule? As it is right now I just kinda dick around until my arms hurt which is obvious dumbassery.
