So I recently sold some lolita items and one of my buyers is intentional (I'm in US). They asked before hand how much shipping would be for the item and I looked it up + tracking and gave them the estimate. They paid it but when I went to the post office and and told the postal worker I needed tracking, he said yea sure this comes with tracking for this. I filled out the customs form, paid for it and asked again "this has tracking right" and he pointed at the receipt and said "yes it's on here". I'm new to shipping internationally so I wanted to make sure. I get home to update the paypal and message the person on LM but the receipt says no tracking available to this country. What the fuck do I do? It was a lot to ship the item and for it to not come with tracking when I asked twice + looked it up. I feel like I'm an idiot but he told me I'd have tracking. What do I tell my buyer, I feel awful for fucking it up.

Sheglit is by a former designer for BPN, those coords are very much lolita/EGL.
