not so much "horror" as just a bad experience
>buy a 70 dollar custom made, human hair wig from a 5-star seller
>they say it should take 2-3 weeks after my order for it to be shipped out
>not in a rush, completely fine with this, wait about 3 weeks
>hit them up with a short message along the lines of, "hey! no rush, but i was wondering if it would be shipped out soon?"
>no response for a week
>finally, they send a somewhat rude sounding message like "please be patient, it will be done soon". (but a tad more condescending than that)
>message them that its okay, and i'm fine with waiting more time
>a month passes, no response, ended up forgetting i ordered it in the first place until i checked my email
>realize the order was cancelled on their part
>message them, kindly asking why they cancelled without explanation
>they tell me "i can reopen the order if you want to wait more time"
>after having dealt with all of this already, i just went with it
>another month later, still no wig, still no updates, but the order is still open
>message them, but no response for 2 weeks
>try to cancel it myself, but paypal decides to freeze my account because "it was a suspicious transaction", so now this person has my money but isn't giving me a wig
>end up having to make several calls to paypal to get it sorted and my money back
i don't get why you'd offer to do something on your business account for someone within a time period of 2-3 weeks and then end up making them wait like ~3 months.
