obviously A. is an entrance wound and B. is an exit wound

the exit wound will be bigger the more distance it travels through the body- im sure you can imagine how the dynamics of the motion are like

the bullet is spinning on contact, so it begins to wrap all the soft and fleshy internal bits around itself as it travels through the body and leaves dragging all the innards out.

i can tell you from first hand witness that clean shots through the cranium produce the largest exit wound and messiest splatter

all those scenes you see in movies where heads explode by gunshot are about half correct
