Thanks to both of you! I really appreciate you trying to help. I wasn't able to find anything as perfect as the white coat I found (http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a230r.1.14.175.rMhMY7&id=13944447197&ns=1#detail)), but considering I just need this to cut up and use for this thing's gijinka (my cosplay group decided on pokemon, and I didn't want to be too adventurous since I've never even paid attention to gijinkas) I didn't want to shell out over 90 bucks for something I might ruin. I've ordered custom cosplays with taobaospree before, so for about the same price I guess I can just try that. Or maybe get a cheapo dress and alter the skirt part.
