Indeed, I wanted it to fit. Heavens, people. This skirt I'm referring to is an old skirt I bought years ago from 'Punkrave'. It wasn't even related to the thread...

I prefer low-rise items and try buying my clothes to where it will fit low on the hips without muffin top. By all means, the measurements from the seller included 35 inches. When I opened the package, I just stared at the damn thing and thought, 'I'm not saying it doesn't fit 35... it could, but I don't think it should.'
