First of all, I for one become a bit more self conscious when I'm wearing something that stands out, so they might have just felt uncomfortable.
Also, depending on the tone "nice dress" or "interesting dress" can sound like something condescending or it's meant in a negative way, so maybe they kind of misunderstood your intentions.

If it happens again, I think almost all lolitas are more appreciative of compliments if you kind of know what you're talking about.
Like "wow, nice lolita dress!" or something like that. I'ts a bit more clear that you're not making fun of them

At the end of the day, some people are just shy and just don't like interacting with strangers, you don't really have to read that much into it.

Long story short, I'm gonna be able to work with wood in a place that has a lot of tools and shit. I really wanna make some cosplay props, but I can't think of anything that's easy and/or interesting

Eventually, I want to make Kindreds bow from league of legends, but I feel like it's a bit complex to start of with.

Could I get some suggestions? It can be anything, I just wanna get some practice to begin with. Preferably not just "basic sword"

Requesting stores that sells gurokawaii/creepy cute/menhera type clothes?
Or any stores that sells holographic/space type clothes?

Hey anons! I've happened to get super lucky and got an opportunity to dye my hair any color for free at a girls school because she's training to become a hairdresser.
I've been thinking of what color to get and I thought I'd ask you gulls for any particular colors that would be super hard to do at home or really expensive at a hair salon. I've been thinking about trying gray since I've been kinda into it a while, but at the same time I wanna do something a bit more advanced.
I have really short hair, like not even to the shoulders, so there's not a lot to work with
If everything goes to shit I'm just gonna dye it all black because I've been thinking about doing that anyways, so I'm not really scared to try odd things
