This is what someone had to say about it on the town hall page. "bigger comms do it all the time". Is that really true? I had never heard of a comm doing that before. Seems like you do get your money back if you don't make it, but I think you'd have to prove why you couldn't make it to a meet or what your emergency was for them to give you your deposit back. This whole deposit stuff seems silly.
