Actually in this case it was the post office's fault because it was signed insurance and I had a sign that says on my box, "WE are always home ring the bell if its a package, a check, or a bank notice!" because of just missing the mail person or in one case my neighbor stole my bank notice and used my account number to commit fraud.

>mfw they sighed up for a T mobile account with it and T mobile thought it was me even after I showed them my ID that had a different name then the account.
