Is the skirt too tight to pull down to at least 2 inches below your belly button? Every picture I see online or on instagram of someone wearing it, it's always above their belly button. I love it but Id rather have it low rise it honestly looks really stupid having it right at the middle of your waist.

Do you think I could request the skirt be a certain measurement to go around my hips or am I better off telling them my "waist" is the same as my hips...Im just worried that would mess up my top though, but I can always tailor it.
