I wouldn't go with gold blouse and tights mainly because it's going to be a bitch to find ones that look nice, suit lolita AND match. Maybe red with gold like in >>7217139, red tights and gold shoes would be better since there's a lot of gold on the dress and not as much red therefore you don't need as many/large gold items in the outfit to make it work. I've actually used 2 shades of red here but I think it could work.
