Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get the scalloped edge on pic related? I was considering buying and dyeing lace, but would rather sew it myself to make it as accurate as possible. Besides laser cutting, what do seagulls recommend? Thanks!

Since It's September, which means Halloween is slowly on It's way, could I request some dances more on based on a spooky/Halloween feel? If there are any out there.
