My sewing knowledge is pretty amateur, but I'll try my best to give an in-depth review of my 2015 Fleur Antoinette.

I counted 30 total pattern pieces making up the exterior of the dress if we count each length of ruffle as an individual pattern piece. Here's the breakdown:
-9 pieces for the bodice including the stomacher
-3 pieces for each sleeve
-8 pieces for the overskirt
-2 pieces for the underskirt
-2 pieces for the waist ties
-6 ruffles (neckline x1, bodice x1, sleeves x1 each, skirt x2)

The OP is lined in the bodice and the skirt and has a neckline facing made out of the floral print fabric. With the exception of the overskirt hem which is serged and then blind-hem stitched, all of the hems are rolled. All other visible edges are serged.

The floral and plain portions of the dress are made of the same fabric, which is a very fine cotton with a vertical striped motif. The base colour on the floral fabric is a lighter and creamier shade than the plain fabric, which is more beige. The detail photos on the far right are the closest I could get to the real-life colours on my computer, the pink on the flowers isn't as high-contrast in real life. The lining is a fine matte polyester that is surprisingly breathable. There is also floral trim around the neckline and sleeves made from pink and green ribbon that is slightly darker than the pink and green on the print.

The OP's actual measurements are slightly larger than what was listed, and Mary Magdalene was a few months late with sending it out because of factory issues.
