So there was this clearance sale going on for Sailor Moon costumes for only $10.
I figured I would buy one and make it a project to alter it

Left picture is the costume right out of the box. Right is where I'm at so far
Still have to make the bow button thing, and sew on attachments for the top piece. I think I made the bow too big though... I may need to bring it in a bit.
