/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Okay so..
I needed to get some last minute cosplay things that can't be bought on eBay, so I put in an order with TBR (who I always order from) and e-mailed them saying I needed the package asap.
One item wasn't available in the shop - fortunately this is the one thing I can buy back at home -. I wasn't charged for the item or anything, so good good so far.

Just checked to see if any items had come in yet, this is what I see?
An "incomplete" purchase bar because the item that wasn't available haven't arrived.
Should I expect TBR to wait for the item to become available, or can I expect pictures and a shipping quote later today or tomorrow?

I need it in a month so I can't really wait for them to go "item wasnt available want to wait???" in a week or something.
