Probably, I know some people also just want to be in front to get bandmen's attention. So they will push and shove to get to the front.

As for bands not returning, The Gazette tooks years after going to Europe to go on another tour. I highly doubt Nightmare would return to the states soon, and Versailles never came back to the states. So I think they fans do have a part to play in it. And the market just isn't there to promote a good tour.
