Depends on the weather, It's a OP so you'd get away without a blouse and if it's cold then a bolero would look nice. If you wanted to go old-school then a long puffy sleeved blouse would look awesome (Meta, BTSSB, Moitie and Atelier pierott do some in various materials).

>Wig?
Dreamholic wigs are good if you can't access Taobao. Wig in the picture is "Marchen" from their Storenvy and there's plenty of reviews about the different styles and colours.

I added a velvet cameo choker, nails and a matte rose lipstick as that's how I would style it.
