The straps aren't adjustable, but the dress was a little bunched up when i took the photo, it's longer on me than a salopette should be as I am just under 5ft. Also it's about 1-2 inches bigger in the waist than I am, thank god for waist ties. I like the gyaru idea a lot, that's definitely the route i was thinking of taking it, I just wanted to do a cute, fun sweet oufit with it but I know it's not lolita. Pic related is the blouse I was going to wear it with next time, I think it would suit gal well.
