Lolita help thread!

/cgl/ I'm starting to wear lolita clothing a lot lately. I'm still quite new with wearing it even though I've been interested in/owned a few clothes for years.

I have a few questions for you, where do you buy your blouses and shoes? Also, what's a relatively cheap petticoat that's great?

Any tips for a "beginner"?

Hello cgl, I've come here so I could try to get tips on how to become a good brolita (and not end up like....that guy..who's been featured quite a bit already on this board)
Anywho, I'm mostly looking for makeup help (no experience whatsoever) and other general tips
