I'm turning 20 this year and I have many friends within the 18-22 range and all I can say is that she looks ancient compared to us. None of us have lines like that, even when we're smiling.

I don't think she's ugly or anything (she's actually quite pretty) but she doesn't look anything close to 18. I'd say she looks 27-ish, which is still young for her age.
