Even when I was in PEAK PERFORMANCE mode, I wasn't able to stay around 10% or slightly lower. It required a restricted diet to get there and to maintain it. I'll admit I'm not really buff so my experience is different, as my primary interest is fitting into luxury fashion perfectly without looking emasculated.

I really don't have much time for something like that. Shitposting in the early hours of morning is all you could hope to get from me. My last post so I don't shit up everything. Being an idealized version of man means turning your desires into your needs. You don't need them to live, but you need them to live the life you want. People want someone to rely upon, and you can start becoming that by relying on yourself first. You have to be the person to motivate yourself, because even if you do start to look better and attract that seagull gf, it's going to be your character that keeps them around.

Also, my life is a complete disaster but it isn't from a lack of career success or wealth. So maybe make some compromises instead of sacrifices for those things.
