OK someone who's good at shoes please help me this is driving me nuts

So my instinct is to buy black flip flops and add a heel with EVA foam but I can't forsee that ever looking good. Not really sure at all how to approach this

And the biggest hangup for me is how to they bend with her foot like that when she's standing on her toes?? Do I have to sew my socks' heels onto the shoe?
