Button Lady is kind of the epitome of what Western Itabags were like in the early 2000s before they were called itabags. Just a bunch of random fandom buttons on one bag, usually up and down the straps too, typically with a black Naruto or Bleach shirt. Bonus points if Tripp pants.

Don't know for sure but I know there's a ton of Osomatsu-san doujin button machines in Japan right now and her thing is living in Japan and Osomatsu bags.
