Anyway. for anyone who wants another custom option, the uniform vendor Cookie's has their own brand, which they'll do custom sizing for most of their clothing.

Any item that can be customized mentions so in the description. I got a quote of $35 for plain color, $45 for plaid for a pleated skirt that stops a little above the knee.
