The USPS automated system is hell. Absolute hell. I keep mashing 0 and it keeps saying "I see you've asked for customer service but I'll need your tracking number" and then it loops back to repeating my tracking information and then saying "This information is up to date. Customer service is not available."

I still think they either sold it off or they just threw it away. Something had to have happened for the two of them to conveniently forget they even borrowed it from me.

There's no way I could wear it now even if I did have it, but there's so much sentimental value there that it just still pisses me off that to this day they still act like it never even happened. They knew my grandmother had made it for me completely from scratch, it even had a special tag in the top that said "Made with love by grandma"

Normally I don't have an issue with unwanted photos because people are nice enough to accept excuses but some people just baffle me.
