Of course people "have trouble" with it. Can you tell who is a good person and who is a bad person from a picture of them?
Either if you could, doesn't even have anything to do with the person in the first place, it's about how they dress.

Well, just because you ordered from a shitty store doesn't make the entire site shitty
Also, if you needed the items fast you could have just payed for faster shipping
I've been ordering from different stores for like a year, maybe two things a month, I've never ever had a problem
Once, shipping took like three months with an eye shadow, but that was because it was some kind of holiday where the store owner lived, but he notified me so it was cool
I'm guessing you just had really bad luck with the stores
