How would I make a wig "poofy" in a sense? I was thinking adding wefts/an extra wig plus teasing it, but is there any way to mimic this sort of poof? Any other characters who have similar hair that might have tutorials?

Any suggestions on a wig to use for Moa from Show by Rock?
Was thinking about using a Rhapsody wig and styling it a bit to fit her. If I use the rhapsody wig, should I buy it from Dolluxe/gothiclolitawigs or from L-email or a different site? I know GothicLolitaWigs is looked pretty down upon because of the whole racism thing (i dont support it, but I love the rhapsody wig)
