So, I decided to try contouring and highlighting today mainly to see if the Dermablend Cover Cream that's been in the back of my car for a year now is still good. I think it is, but when I tried putting on darker and lighter powders, they sort of just...vanished after I blended them.

Now I got a few questions. I used makeup sponges to put on the powder, should I be using brushes instead? Should I be putting on more powder? Should I be blending less?

Pic is what it looked like after. There is no eye makeup or blush put on. Would the contouring and highlighting actually look like its there? I've only done this like maybe 3 times before and I'm hoping to get decent at it in around two weeks time.

At least the stuble is covered...
