Even though this shouldn't be considered a style as much as a meme, I think it would be nice to have a space to discuss a type of dress like that which a lot of female otaku/fujoshi are known to wear.
You can't really call it a specific style, like you would himekaji, otome, lolita, whatever, since those have rules and involve a full look. Talking about casual J-fashion also doesn't necessarily mean it's girly like the ones we see the girls that this meme refers to wear.
I guess what what other anons who are interested in this would like, is to have a casual girly/feminine J-Fashion thread, with cute frilly outfits that don't necessarily make a co-ord, just a little dressier than normie casual clothes. Outfits that are Himekaji but even more toned down, with black tights or knee highs instead of bare legs, minimum makeup, natural hair, etc...
Kinda like Himekaji but just the base clothes. If that makes sense.
