I have some brand, but I mainly wanted to pad my wardrobe with some black pieces. And I've got like a whole wardrobe for 208, you will get highest one dress if you buy brand new. Secondhand, highest two. Noticed I had 4 main pieces, 2 blouses, 3 headdresses, a corset, shoes and wrist cuffs for that money? Now if you tell me when I can get that much at BTSSB for 208 euro, I'm all ears.

Also, noticed that beside one blouse and one JSK, they all have decent laces, especially for Bodyline. I did my research. Stock photo's are crap, but some people who bought it made better ones. I'll give you an example.

I feel the synthetic lace ones are crap and very scratchy. The eyelet lace ones are quite nice trough, got some white eyelet lace ones and now also some black :).

A simple blouse would actually be nice because then she can find main pieces that she likes herself. However a dress definitely has a bigger impact as a gift. I think an OP would be good but you have to worry about arm holes fitting as well. Also one time I got a friend a 2L OP and it would not button up since she was over 100cm, so I might go 4L even if she is bustier.

L489 doesn't look too awful...Besides the front panel.

If you have time I am sure you can get a simple brand piece off mbok or yahoo auctions for cheap.
