I love this, especially sukeban Rei and yakuza Mamoru. My personal thoughts that reveal that I know nothing about punk:

starts with Chibi being more rock and roll than punk (pic related) with the moto jacket.

then would have a matching jacket, but with a white tank or bustier and high waisted shorts, and red versions of those tall athletic socks with the stripe. Maybe ankle boots or something. Obviously this and pretty much all of my outfit ideas would need punk styled accessories.

would have a green flowy dress with one of those white denim vest things I see all the time in punk outfits. Also, I can see some chunky bracelet thing working with it.

Maybe ripped white tights under a blue dress with a white moto jacket and some statement shoes like litas?

Orange crop top with white high waisted skirt and another unoriginal punk vest thing. I also think otks with garters would actually work for her instead of that failed Makoto because of how traditionally feminine they are.
