/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Any ideas on how I could wear this casually or maybe otome-ish? (I know there's the whole salopette =/≠ lolita debate but even if I wanted to do something lolita with it, it doesn't really fit a petticoat) I was thinking of just something simple like a white/cream or brown blouse, a beret or headbow, and a biscuit/food shaped purse or some kind of pink or brown bag. Also a cardigan. Unsure about legwear and shoes.
