Hey /cgl/, I wanted to help my girlfriend make a scissor blade for cosplay, and I was wondering what the best way to go about making it would be. I had an idea of carving the general shape into 2 halves of a styofoam block, taping them together, and doing a sort of injection mold with some spray foam from Home Depot. Any ideas?

Also, does anyone know the approximate measurements of the scissor blade by any chance?
