So this is really embarrassing but I haven't used makeup throughout my life because I've never felt like I've needed it and the few times I've let someone put stuff on my face I've suffered allergic reactions.

But I figure I should probably start taking care of my face a little better.

I've been using some Korean and Japanese products (snail bee serum, charcoal mask) but I don't know if I'm doing the stuff in the right order.

Googling it, I get different answers.
What is the correct order?

My skin is naturally pale because I stay out of the sun but I'd like to get my face a little paler so it looks even.

I've started wearing a mask in addition to huge blind sunglasses so when I'm going anywhere during the day it won't touch my face as much.

I ordered something from Mandrake and chose payment through creditcard. As I wanted to pay I had to type in my secure code (which I thought was very strange, I never had to use it before). I tried to type it in but there was something wrong with the box and I failed three times. Now my secure code is blocked and I can not pay.
I mailed Mandrake if they could change my payment to PayPal but I got no response. Their policy says I have to pay within 5 days otherwise I will be black listed. I have to admit that I start to panic now.
iGave it a second try and wrote them a message on their contact board today, obviously I have to wait since it's evening in Japan. I'm still nervous because the time is running out and I just want to have my item.

Did this happen someone else her or am I the only idiot with bad luck?

I bought a dream dress!

It has makeup stains all on the collar, ink stains on the border print, and a mystery tea? stain on the bodice.

So far I got Oxiclean gel remover for the stains, shout color catcher for the dye, and oxiclean to wash it in.

Am... Am I good /cgl/? It's a print on a white dress. I'm so scared.

I think they'd work fine if you're going for a casual classic look, but hey, I'm an ita anyway.
