This happened to me last year
>First time ordering from Rockstar Wigs
>Order wig in early June for a con in August
>$70
>After placing the order I realized that the wig is listed as a pre order item meaning it is made to order and will take a few weeks to send out
>One month later and the shipping label hasn't even been created
>Email them asking when the pre order items will go out since it's not listed on the website how long it will take
>"Thank you for contacting customer service. I would recommend exchanging your item for another that is currently in stock and we can get it shipped out right away, the [wig] is having to be re-made due to the first batch being defective"
>Ask if I can stay on the pre order list cause that wig is really the only one on the site I want
>Just buy a cheap amazon wig for the August con and look mediocre
>Now it's January
>My wig has finally arrived and it's beautiful I can't even be mad about it
