i have bought a few accessories from her before and she has complimented how i wear my clothing. I am a man however, so she may just do that to women. She has always been pleasant to me and has taught me how to tie various obi knots for my girlfriend because i am not as knowledgeable on womens kimono. Perhaps she is just trying to help people wear them correctly but may come off as aggressive?
