I have gone to sakura con since it was first started as baka con, so I will 2nd that sakura con recommendation.

Only problem the con has is a bunch of fucking meme spouters screaming "the game" or "you raff you lose" So once you get over the murderous rage feeling of wanting to kill the stupid underage cunts spouting that shit, it gets pretty good

Oi also might want to dodge the "raves" the con holds too, it's run by a jaded 2 faced seattle DJ and she basically just brings her best friends that also happen to be DJ's, so all they play is this new age techno gabber and dubstep, and not much of anime or video game music. And sadly it attracts alot of the dirty hippie ravers that hang around downtown seattle
