I have a really, really stupid question.
I want this skirt for a cosplay I'm planning.

I was confused about the sizing chart. Aliexpress being aliexpress, I get no help.
I know this is stupid but English is not my first language and I'm afraid I'm going to end up with too big a skirt.
Seeing as it's a skirt I figured I should measure my hips?
