I'm seconding this. I vote Karl should have be restricted to Card Tier.

He messed up with his first gifts but the organizers gave him a chance to resend gifts but with their help. By now he shouldn't have people holding his hand and the meme died despite him clinging to it with EVERY GIFT. Every gift he's sent out has had the "Bitches love bows" drawing and some shitty bows. It's unfunny at this point because in comparison, the gifts he sends are cheap and don't make his giftees happy.

Karl's attempts at being funny and loveable as a non-standard giftee just come off as insulting and upsetting.

Put him in the card tier where he can't disappoint anyone and let him have a creative outlet. No one in card tier is going to complain about getting bows because there's no financial obligation to that tier.
