If I previously transferred my 4-day badge to next year, but I'm able to go one day this year after all, can I register for a new one-day badge for this year while not invalidating my transferred 4-day badge for next year?

I tried for that ivory bolero too, praying I can get it.
Your accessories are all adorable, great taste.

>freshman year in high school
>hear about sister city program thing in my city that happens every other year
>2 week tourist-y exchange trip to japan
>wrangle less interested friend into applying with me because I was like 14 and wanted to go with a buddy
>we both apply and are accepted, take crash language course (with the worst group of socially inept weebs I have ever met in my life holy shit), pay extra money to get rushed passport, etc
>get a phone call from the program coordinator like a week before the trip saying they have limited host families so they cut me off because I was the youngest or some bullshit
>friend I wrangled ends up going though, comes back and pretty much just complains about everything and what a shitty time she had because she doesn't like eating fish or something

>Junior year in high school
>can't go this year because of extracurricular activity schedule conflicts
>best friend goes and has a blast (but for some reason doesn't like fish either)
>friend asks if I can host a student for her that summer since her house isn't big enough (usually the way exchange program works is people who go abroad then host a student at their home that summer)
>my family agrees
>works out fine, student we host is a nice girl. I talk with the program coordinators and they keep asking me why I haven't been to Japan (are you fucking retarded it's your fault assholes) and I totally should go the next year
>build up good cred with the program, figure it'll work out next year

>Senior year in high school
>last chance to go since I'll be graduating
>I don't hear anything about the program
>email coordinator
>"Oh anon, sorry, we're not doing a trip this year, didn't anyone tell you?"
>fuck you bastards

Still wondering whether nor not I dodged a bullet since they obviously have shit organization. Pretty pissed though that I spent time and money hosting a student for them only to have them screw me in the end. Didn't want to be famous just wanted to see Nippon.
