honestly, beyond lowering the facial features, i think you need to change how the face shape is appearing? right now it looks like she has a lego block head. I would thicken the hair curls or make them larger and give her a little bit of definition around the chin.

but this is only if you are time crunched or whatever. I hope it doesn't sound too mean, but I would honestly just recommend that you redraw her into a more interesting pose/angle. It's a pretty bland design as-is.
