Yes, it's the ice blue color, although IW calls it's an ice gray.

I'm shipping from the US, and the condition is used (not by me) but good. I didn't see any flaws originally but now that I'm looking there seems to be a really tiny makeup (?) stain near the lace placket. I've gotten it mostly out with a Tide Pen. Other than that, it's fine but wrinkled. It's a size M.
