This happened a while ago but 3 years later I still mad.

> first xmas together with hubby
> go visit his sister who is pro seamstress, gives him a free commission for his xmas gift
> custom tailored jacket with embroidered patches of vidya games he likes
> Hubby shedding manly tears and won't take it off
> Sister in law has long hair cats so we keep having to take lint rollers to the jacket
> Everything is awesome, visit some friends (now ex friends) for New Years
> Everyone does the throwing their coats into the spare room thing
> Exfriends also have cats, notice one of them sniffing around the jacket. Meh they probably smell the other cat, nbd
> Go to leave later, get our stuff
> "...honey what's that smell"
> "You're right something smells like cat pi... SHIT."
> We pull aside ex friend about this.
> "Oh we didn't neuter our cats, we thought it was cruel to them so he must have marked your stuff." completely nonchalant with no apology offered.

Thank God we were able to wash it out and sterilize things at least. I'm not normally controlling of my husband's social life, but I said we weren't talking to that fucking guy again.
